About

Lisa Milton is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who spends all of her clinical time with people who have symptoms that involve the pelvic floor muscles. A list of common conditions appears below.

This area of physiotherapy is relatively new, and many people are unaware of the benefits of seeing a physiotherapist with advanced training in this field. Some people who attend appointments are symptom free – they simply seek assurance that all is well, and that they are exercising their pelvic floor muscles appropriately to avoid or minimise future problems.

Lisa has completed post-graduate training in:

Continence & Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, and in Conservative Management of Prolapse at the University of South Australia.
